As a platform dedicated solely to adult matchmaking, any user attempting to exploit, endanger, or solicit minors will be permanently banned and reported immediately to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jodaline:

    Uploading, sharing, or transmitting any visual content (including user-generated or AI-generated imagery) depicting a minor in a sexually explicit or abusive manner.

  • Underage Use:

    Registering an account if under the age of 18, or attempting to use matchmaking features to target minors.

In-App Feedback and Reporting Mechanism

In compliance with Google Play standards, Jodaline integrates direct user safeguards:

  • In-App Reporting:

    Every user profile and chat window contains a dedicated "Report Abuse" button. This enables users to instantly flag suspected child exploitation or minor presence.

  • Immediate Media Removal:

    Upon receiving actual knowledge or automated flags regarding CSAM, our trust and safety teams will swiftly remove the offending material and preserve associated metadata.

Reporting Protocols

  • Reporting to law enforcement:

    Confirmed cases of CSAM or active child exploitation will be fast-tracked and reported directly to the appropriate local child defense authorities and law enforcement.

  • Data Preservation:

    Jodaline quarantines user registration data, device identifiers, and chat histories connected to CSAE incidents to assist law enforcement agencies during criminal investigations.

Age-Gating and Account Restrictions

  • Minor Blocking:

    To comply with Google Play's Age-Restricted Content and functionality requirements for matchmaking apps, Jodaline employs robust age-gating screens and blocks registration access to anyone identifying as a minor.

  • Continuous Mitigation:

    The app actively scans user bios and profile pictures to ensure the platform remains clear of underage accounts.
